How to Use
The most common way to take is by drops subligually (under the tongue) but can be added to other foods and drinks if preferred. Oils can also be applied direct to the skin.
Please shake to ensure any residual plant fibres are mixed in the oil. These contain an excellent variety of fatty acids, vitamins and minerals.
Suggested Dosage
There is no specific dosage recommended when using CBD based oils as all humans vary in size and weight. Typically the larger the person the larger the dosage or concentration required. Additionally, some are more receptive to the effects of CBD than others.
We advise to start low e.g, 1-2 drops twice a day and build up until the desired effect is reached. We would not recommend any more than 6+ drops twice a day.
